Transfer from IKA Airport to the hotel

Arriva at IKA International Airport, we will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. You will have time to rest and relax before our morning tour starts tomorrow. Overnight in Tehran.

Family Tour – Tower, Tehran.

In the morning we will visit Golestan Palace. Golestan Palace is a masterpiece of the Qajar era, embodying the successful integration of earlier Persian crafts and architecture with Western influences. This amazing Palace in 2003 has become a UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE.

Afterward, it is time to have lunch and take a rest in Darband. Darband, a nice village in the mountains north of Tehran for lunch.

At night or in the evening, we will visit The Nature Bridge and walk through this amazing masterpiece of Iranian architecture and enjoy this place.

Then, returning to the hotel. Overnight in Tehran.

Iran Family Tour – Golestan Palace, Tehran, Iran

In the morning after visiting Azadi tower we will head toward Isfahan.

we stop at the wonderful Abyaneh village, a historical Iranian mountain village located at the foot of the Karkas mountain.

Appreciate the serenity of this quaint village with its splendid archaeology and meet the local people, dressed in traditional local Iranian dress, who speak an ancient form of the Persian language and live in the original Persian style.

After visiting Abyaneh and having lunch, you will be transferred to Isfahan and after hotel check-in,  we will start exploring Isfahan.

In the evening, we will visit the Zayandeh rood River. Overnight in Isfahan.

As the 17th-century capital of the Safavid Empire, Isfahan was one of the world’s greatest cities architecturally striking, wealthy beyond imagination, and politically powerful with Europeans, Ottomans, Indians, and Chinese coming to its court– the heart of a vast Persian Empire that stretched from the Euphrates River in present-day Iraq to the Oxus River in Afghanistan.

Indeed, its grandeur inspired the rhyming proverb, Isfahan Nesf-e Jahan (Isfahan is half of the World).

Imam Square of Isfahan is one of the largest city squares in the world and was Built by Shah Abbas I the Great at the beginning of the 17th century.

This amazing site in 1979 was designated a UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE. Must see this place. Imam Square is surrounded by important historical buildings from the Safavid era. The Shah Mosque is situated on the south side of this square.

On the west side, you can find Ali Qapu Palace. Sheikh Lotf Allah Mosque is situated on the eastern side of this square and the northern side opens into the Isfahan Grand Bazaar.

They are an impressive testimony to the level of social and cultural life in Persia during the Safavid era. Afterward.

we will visit Chehel Sotoun which literally means forty columns, is a royal pavilion that was built by Shah Abbas I as a place to receive ambassadors and international guests.

The Chehel Sotun Palace, along with eight other gardens, is registered as a UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE under the name of the Persian Gulf. Overnight in Isfahan.

Isfahan, Iran.

We will drive to the historical and beautiful city of Shiraz – the city of civilization and great empires. It is regarded as one of the oldest cities of Ancient Persia – the earliest reference to the city as Tirazis is on Elamite clay tablets which date back to 2000 BC.

On the way to Shiraz, we will stop at Izad Khast city and will visit the fabulous castle of Izad Khast we take a rest and then drive to Shiraz and we will visit Quran Gate. Overnight in Shiraz.

After breakfast, we will visit Nasir-al-Mulk Mosque (Pink Mosque) and Naranjestan Garden. Then, visit Karim Khan Citadel which was built during the Zand Dynasty(18th century). You will have time to explore Vakil Bazaar, home to hundreds of stores, beautiful courtyards, and even an ancient caravanserai.

In the evening, we will visit the magnificent Eram Garden. It is such a unique and gorgeous garden that is inscribed on the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE.

Afterward, we will visit Hafez Tomb. Hafez is one of the poetry geniuses from all times, whom Goethe, the great German poet, wished to be one of his disciples. Stay overnight in Shiraz.

Nasiri-al Molk Mosque, Shiraz, Iran.

In the morning we will drive to Persepolis, visiting the magnificent UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE of Achaemenids Palaces and carvings of Naghsh-e- Rostam to get acquaintance with Persian Empire, and Persian Civilization and History. Persepolis was founded by Darius I in 518 B.C., Persepolis was the capital of the Achaemenid Empire. The importance and quality of the monumental ruins make it a unique archaeological site.

In the evening, we will visit the magnificent salt lake or Pink Lake in Shiraz.

Persepolis, Iran

On the way we will stop in Pasargadae to visit the most important and majestic monuments there. The tomb of Cyrus the Great, the originator and the great founder of the Achaemenid Empire, (500 years BC) is the oldest historical tomb. The wonderful architecture of his tomb, the vast fertile land over in the area alongside the brave personality of Cyrus the Great inspire the visitor. This Archeological area was and still continues to be the worshiping place for the followers of several religions. Followed by the relief of the winged man and getting familiar with its historical explanations some researchers gave specific theories regarding the relation between the personality of Cyrus the Great and one of the prophets of the Holy Book Bible. By visiting this majestic tomb you can have your personal thoughts about it. This amazing site was designated a UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE in 2004. Then we drive to visit the old tree of Abarkouh.

Old trees in any region are the symbol of age and tell the truth that appropriate weather and nice condition lead to a long life story of its weather and lifestyle which lead to longevity. Abar Kouh which is a historical city is the area of historical sightseeing and wonderful desert architecture. Moreover, the 4500-year-old cypress tree in Abar Kouh is a marvelous attraction end after attraction. The beliefs in the beauty of the 4500-year-old cypress tree leave a trace of eternity in the heart and on the mind of all travelers.

Afterward, we will visit Zeino-din, a Safavid Caravanserai in the heart of the desert which has been restored in the best way possible and got gained from UNESCO in 2005 and 2006. Stay overnight in Zeino-din Caravanserai.

Saryazd has a castle belonging to the Sassanid era (2nd & 3rd century AD) which was used as heaven in times of war. Another historical place out there is Caravanserai in Saryazd which dates back to the Seljuk era (11 & 12 century AD) and the Safavid era (16 & 17 century AD). Today’s tour includes visiting Dakhmeh (tower of silence, where Zoroastrians used to leave their corpse to be eaten by vultures). The Zoroastrian fire temples are the next stop. In the afternoon you will enjoy an interesting walking tour through the old district to see the wind catchers. Overnight in Yazd.

Yazd, Iran.

Yazd is the second Mud-Brick city in the world remaining from ancient times and Yazd city is the first Iranian city registered in UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE.

This ancient city dates back to the Sassanid period ( 224 – 651 AD).
Today’s tour includes Dowlat Abad Garden, One of the 9 Iranian gardens registered in the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE then visiting Jameh mosque of Yazd, Alexandra Prison (Ziaeeyeh School), Amir Chakhmagh and Zurkhaneh. Zurkhaneh is a combination of martial arts, strength training, and music.

Zurkhaneh used to be a kind of ancient Gym for the work out of the soldiers to be ready and strong enough for the battles. We can see this tradition present in ancient Iranian stories too.

Afterward, we visit Amir chakhmagh Square .

Then, we walk through the city and enjoy this mud-brick city. Overnight in Yazd.

In the morning we drive to Kashan city and we begin our tour to visit the historic houses of Borujerdi and Tabatabaei house in Kashan and get acquainted with the previous century’s architecture, the Qajar era.

Then, we will stop by the Fin Garden.

The Fin Garden is one of the oldest existing Persian gardens which is registered on the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE. Stay overnight in Kashan.
